A Managing Broker, I have earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, having successfully completed formal training in the art of negotiation. Only 1% of all agents nationally have this designation. I have earned the Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), the Certified Distressed Properties Expert (CDPE), and the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. I also have earned the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation requiring extensive coursework as well as successful completion of many sales in which I represented buyers. I have closed multiple short sales in the area - representing both buyers and sellers, and I look forward to utilizing my skills to help sellers avoid foreclosure.

Calendar of Events for the Chelan area
May 4: First Friday-Cinco de Mayo - Come to downtown Chelan to help celebrate this event one day early. There will be lots of activities including art & music.
May 5: Habitat Hop Dance & Auction - Here's a wonderful way for you to help a worthy cause with an evening of family fun. Campbell's Resort.
May 11-12: Manson Apple Blossom Festival - A weekend long event to celebrate the beauty of spring in the Chelan Valley! Activities start with the Kiwanis breakfast and include the Pig Jig family run, parade, amazing quilt show, and lots more! Downtown Manson
May 13: Clark Kerney Kid Day Fishing Party - This popular event takes place every Mothers Day. Kids up to age 14 are welcome to come to the Lake Chelan Municipal Golf course with fishing gear in hand and catch big, hungry fish! It's tons of fun watching everyone around the circular pond, and there are prizes for kids. Sponsored by the Lake Chelan Sportsman Club.
May 18: Lake Chelan Lion's Club Golf Tournament - Come to Chelan to golf in the sun. Here's a perfect blend of golfing with celebrities and helping a great organization that contributes to the community. One or more Seattle Seahawks will be golfing, and the Seagals will be here. The fun takes place at Bear Mountain Golf Course.
May 19-20: Spring Barrel Tasting - Sample yet-to-be-released wines straight from the barrel at our 18 boutique wineries. There'll be plenty of entertainment and great food to enjoy, too!
May 24: Chelan Valley Memorial Parade - Downtown Chelan is the place to be for this parade honoring those who have lost their lives in the line of duty.
May 31: Chelan Evening Farmers Market - This is the season opener for this popular activity. Buy local, eat local and have fun while getting to know your local farmers and food craafters.
