A Managing Broker, I have earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, having successfully completed formal training in the art of negotiation. Only 1% of all agents nationally have this designation. I have earned the Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), the Certified Distressed Properties Expert (CDPE), and the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. I also have earned the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation requiring extensive coursework as well as successful completion of many sales in which I represented buyers. I have closed multiple short sales in the area - representing both buyers and sellers, and I look forward to utilizing my skills to help sellers avoid foreclosure.

December 31: Campbells Resort's New Year's Eve Bash - A magical night filled with good eats, drinks, and this year TWO bands - The Kennedy Brothers and Junk Belly.
December 31: New Years Eve Night Skiing - Here's a great way for the family to say goodbye to 2011... Come to Echo Valley Ski Area for night skiing. Join in on the torchlight parade and enjoy treats at the lodge.
January 1: HAPPY NEW YEAR! It's a great time to make a resolution to capitalize on lower prices and amazing interest rates to snag property in the sunny Lake Chelan area!
January 6-8: Winterfest Fire & Ice Festival - First Weekend. That's right - there are TWO weekends of winter fun this year! Watch internationally-renown carvers transform 2 tons of ice into an ice bar, ice slides, and beautiful sculptures throughout town. There'll be snow carvers, too ... you can even enter to try your hand at it! Enjoy beverages with live music at the ice lounge and let the kids participate in activities at Snowflake Lane.
January 7: Wassailing Party at Orondo Cider Works. Enjoy sledding through the orchards, a parade, bonfire, food, singing and more!
January 13-15: Winterfest Fire & Ice Festival - Second Weekend. Added to the first weekend's fun is Soupfest, two nights of wine walking, and the Fire & Ice Parade. Then head to Don Morse Park for the bonfire (thanks to locals' used Christmas trees!) and the Polar Bear Splash (brrr!). Top off the night enjoying the fireworks display over Lake Chelan.
January 14: Wally Peterson Memorial Snowmobile Drag Races. A full day of fun at the MA 8 Golf Course at Mill Bay Casino. Great fun for all skill levels at this event sponsored by the Lake Chelan Snowmobile Club.
Every First Tuesday: Book Club at Riverwalk Books. Join Libby for lively and engaging conversation around each month's book. 10 AM
Every Friday & Saturday Night: Live Music at The Vogue: A Liquid Lounge - No cover charge, all ages welcome. 8-10 pm
Every Day: Skiing at Echo Valley & Echo Ridge - Enjoy our winter playground at Echo Valley (downhill, boarding & tubing) & Echo Ridge (cross country, snowshoeing & snowmobiling). World class trails for you to enjoy!
